and security is tight at fort hood for today's memorial service. president obama is scheduled to attend which will honor the 13 people killed and dozens wounded in last week's rampage. the man blamed in the attack, major nidal malik hasan was injured. officials say he is breathing on his own and able it speak. officials say there is no indication he was directed to attack or had any help. the attorney for major hasan is questioning whether his client can get a fair trial at fort hood. however, a transfer to another military installation or a civilian court is unlikely. officials have already said hasan will be tried in a military court. >>> mayor adrian fenty says if he's doing anything wrong it won't happen again. this week after wtop showed video of the mayor using police s.u.v.s and motorcycles to escort him on his daily bike ride, reportings say he started taking a cam an are a with him after getting stuck behind the mayor in rock creek park. >> reporter: it was over the course of the past three or four months. over a dozen times i went, and every time the behavior was the same. the runni
